Meghan Fergus (Ohmega)
In the first half of this intensive workshop we will focus on double hoop combos that incorporate rolls and tosses to add flair and impressive tricks to your repertoire. We will use chest rolls, C rolls and tosses with one hoop while the other hoop gracefully transitions around the first one. In the second half of this workshop we will explore transitions between basic moves like weaves, caps and flowers with techy moves that incorporate isolations, smears and antispins. By learning such transitions this opens up your double hoop flow to another level, giving more possibilities of how to create unique combos and your own unique flow. This intensive workshop is geared towards more intermediate/advanced hoopers looking to elevate their existing hoop flow, and so participants should feel comfortable with basic moves like antispins, isolations, weaves and rolls.
