Yves Vander Donckt
Two days of intensive partner acrobatics training for experienced acrobats who want to take their duo and group work to the next level.
During the Pro-Con, Yves Vander Donckt will work with a small group of advanced participants over two full training days. In addition to following a fixed workshop programme, the training will focus on the participants, their formations and their individual goals. This gives us the time to work in depth: to refine technique, analyse elements, develop new skills and progress on the details that are often difficult to address in a regular workshop setting.
We will work on high-level duo and group acrobatics, with the exact content adapted to the level and interests of the participating acrobats.
About Yves:
Yves Vander Donckt is an internationally experienced Belgian acrobatics coach and currently part of the coaching team of the German Sport Acrobatics Federation (DSAB), where he works in high-performance athlete development. Before coming to Germany, he coached within the Portuguese and Hungarian acrobatics systems and worked alongside Belgian national coach Sergey Tretyakov.
His experience extends well beyond national-team training. Yves has worked as an expert for World Gymnastics/FIG coach education and is regularly involved in international high-level acrobatics training. He has also coached regularly at Cirque du Soleil athlete workshops, working with advanced acrobats on disciplines including Banquine and Russian Cradle and on transferring competitive acrobatics skills to the stage. For the Pro-Con, this means a rare opportunity to spend two days working closely with a coach who is used to analysing and developing acrobatics at the highest level.
Who is this for: Advanced partner acrobats with solid experience in duo and/or group acrobatics. This is not an introduction to partner acrobatics.

Duration: 6 hours of training per day / 12 hours total
Group size: Small, focussed training group. At most 20 people.
